The Next.js UI was ported to SvelteKit: shell, feed, portfolio, scanner, auth, and a BFF of API routes. Shared logic sat in @tickport/core. Smoke checks passed on the SvelteKit deploy.

That stack became the production path for www.tickport.com. Leaving Next was not a rewrite for its own sake — one app, one deploy surface.
